We are looking for part time caregivers* that can work mornings and afternoons during the week (4 hours each shift minimum)*
Assisting Hands Home Care is hiring caregivers for non-medical in-home care services. We provide care for the elderly and/or disabled or adults and children with a developmental disability in the privacy of their own homes. Job duties include:
- Personal Care Assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting)
- Transferring and Ambulation Assistance
- Light Housekeeping
- Grocery Shopping and Meal Preparation
- Companionship/Supervision
- Transportation to doctor appointments and errands
- Habilitation Goals and Objectives (may require community outings)
Job Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Reliable - Personal Transportation
- Valid CA driver’s license, proof of insurance
- Documents that show identity and eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Registered with The Home Care Aid Registry
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card*
- Completed Background Check*
- CPR and First Aid Certification*
- Proof of a Negative Tuberculosis (TB) Screening *
- Direct Care Worker Training (DCW)*
