Fast-paced, growing restaurant company seeks an organized, energetic, responsible Administrative Assistant to perform general administrative duties at our corporate office and warehouse. Duties include answering telephones, handling company inquiries, sorting and distributing mail, receiving the public and company employees, providing customer assistance, data processing, record-keeping, purchasing, and inventory. Must be comfortable in both professional office and small warehouse settings.

The person for this position will need:
2 years Admin/Office Assistant Experience and
  • Excellent communication abilities, including speaking, writing and active listening
  • Effective organization and time management skills, like prioritization, multitasking and planning
  • Great customer service skills, including a personable and positive attitude
  • High typing speed and accuracy
  • Excellent computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and email software applications
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently with little-to-no supervision
  • Keen attention to detail
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Controls and operates central telephone system; screens and directs calls accordingly, records and relays messages to appropriate departments
  • Monitors visitor access and maintains security awareness with regards to employees, vendors and the public
  • Assists in managing corporate office and individual location calendars
  • Provides general administrative and clerical support to all corporate staff, including but not limited to, filing, scanning, copying, faxing, preparing and distributing correspondences, materials, documents, and confidential records
  • Manages and maintains digital document filing and flow of corporate approval processes
  • Prepares outgoing mail and/or packages; receives, sorts and distributes incoming mail and deliveries
  • Assists with organizing and preparing meetings or conferences, including, coordinating reservations and catering, drafting agendas and distributing meeting minutes
  • Monitors and maintains office equipment, breakroom/restrooms, and corporate warehouse
  • Monitors and maintains the inventory and tracking of office supplies, uniforms, parts, and any other inventory necessary for operations
  • Provides assistance in procurement and purchasing
  • Assists with updating company forms and procedures
  • Provides any and all other duties as deemed necessary
  • Responsible to contribute and participate in our Injury and Illness Prevention Program
Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:
