As a Host or Hostess, you will have the opportunity to provide a memorable first impression to our guests by promptly, cheerfully and courteously welcoming them. Greeting with a smile and making our guests feel welcome is the most important thing we can do and that privilege belongs to this job!
Other duties include:
- opening door for guest arriving and departing
- accommodating any special needs of guests, i.e., boosters, highchairs, disabilities
- answering the phone
- managing an online wait list
- taking, entering and packaging to-go orders, including delivering to vehicle as needed
- providing guest assistance to servers as needed, serving food and drinks, cleaning tables, etc.
