ChiroONE is looking for a hardworking passionate medical biller that would love to be apart of a team of innovative healthcare providers, located in the beautiful Rancho Palos Verdes. We strongly believe in the health & wellness industry as healers and preventers of disease holistically from a multi-disciplinary approach, addressing the complete person - mind body and spirit. We are truly a team looking to improve life for both our employees and patients alike! We offer (chiropractic/acupuncture) along with many other wellness services! You will be providing billing services for our Doctors and our patients. New grads or students are welcome to apply. Must have current or be in the process of obtaining a medical billing license/certification.

  • Confidence in your ability to develop strong long-lasting relationships with all patients collogues and referral sources
  • Confidence in evaluation of our billing needs in order to properly and promptly manage our accounts receivables .
  • Able to do be focused and driven to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work with our doctors of PT chiro and acupuncture.
  • No issues with team collaboration and communication in order to provide the best outcomes
  • Provide quality reports and service.
  • Valid CA certified medical biller - Preferred
  • Licensed (certified) medical biller - Preferred
  • Proven work experience as a medical biller (At least 1 year - Mandatory |2-3+ is ideal but Not Mandatory to be considered)
  • Ability to manage people with different types of personalities - Mandatory
  • Drive to continually learn and grow as a person - Mandatory
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills across various levels of employment stature - Mandatory'

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship

Pay: $30,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
