Home Care Assistance is looking to hire a Japanese Speaking Caregiver.
We provide culturally sensitive, non-medical home care that enables Japanese older adults to live independently in their own home.
We service Los Angeles County and Orange County
Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living such as personal care, hygiene, walking, bathing dressing and grooming
- Incontinence/toileting
- Cognitive impairments/Alzheimer/Dementia
- Medication reminders
- Assistance with transferring
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Transportation to appointments, errands and activities
Requirements:
- Registered through California Department of Social Services Home Care Bureau (Valid Home Care Aide Number)
- Criminal background check
- Recent TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
- Bilingual (Japanese and English) a plus
