As the Bookstore Associate, you are a critical member of our bookstore team ensuring great customer service and a warm and welcoming experience for our visitors.
Role and Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with excellence
- Listen to customer needs and help them find products in the store
- Use POS system with accuracy
- Take special orders for books
- Help keep the store tidy and organized
- Open and close the store, count the drawer, and balance closing reports with sales
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends including most Sundays and occasional Saturday nights
- Willingness to go above and beyond to serve customers
- Warm and welcoming spirit
- Retail Experience is preferred
- Part of the Mariners community or willing to make Mariners your home church
