We are looking for an early morning Sandwich Maker (5AM-1PM) to prepare and package sandwiches. Sandwich maker responsibilities include (but are not limited to): scaling ingredients, cutting/slicing/dicing, preparing salads, and producing sandwiches. Hands on training will be provided. Most of all, we are looking for motivated and adaptable individuals to join the Paris Baguette team.

Responsibilities

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment

· Maintain an organized work area

· Wash and cut various ingredients

· Frying eggs

· Producing items to meet store standards

· Prepare daily store and custom-ordered sandwiches based on customers’ preferences

· Receive and organize stock

Skills Preferred

· Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment

· Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment

· Understanding of food safety practices

· Time-management skills

· Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to work/communicate efficiently as a team-member

· Strong attention to detail

Qualifications

· Food Handler's Card (preferred)

· High school diploma/equivalent

· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

· Past kitchen experience (preferred)'
