Here at Mason Aces our mission is to Ace the care we provide to our families. With that being said it is important to us that our nannies understand all that is expected of them, and the quality of care that we intend to provide. All nannies and tutors must undergo a background check as well as be CPR and first aid certified. The families we work with will also be background checked. This is to ensure the safety of our nannies as well as the safety of our families. We are looking for nannies and tutors who love children and love working in partnership with families. Working with children and families is not for the weak or the faint of heart, but it is a rewarding and fulfilling experience. We are looking for people who are flexible, adaptable, and creative. We are looking for people who are not only care takers but are educators as well. The duties of the Tutors include:

  • Helping with homework.
  • Helping with classwork if the child is still in distant learning.
  • Being able to explain different subjects to the children in a way that they can understand.
  • Maintain positive energy, and remain respectful to families (nannies and tutors have a right to file complaints against parents if they feel like they are being disrespected, put in danger, or harassed.)
  • We require that our tutors do have tutoring experience, as you will be helping children in grades K-12th.
