We offer a fun work environment and are looking for energetic and professional candidates to join our growing team.
The company is a technologically-sophisticated cutting edge online retailer. The successful applicant will join a highly-motivated, creative, entrepreneurial-minded team focused on expanding the current business. Someone who can rapidly think on their feet and capable of contributing to the productivity of the company as a whole.

Responsibilities include:
- Answer customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Responsible for product knowledge and services available, selling products as well as company policies
- Provide answers to inquiries on order status, shipment, products and other questions that may arise in an efficient and timely manner via phone, email, and/or online chat support
- Place and quote customer orders accurately
- Document all responses in order management database
- Contact customers on back orders, discontinued items, and service fees when necessary
- Contact shipping carriers on customer issues
- Seek new corporate clients
- Maintain and support current clients
Experience & Education Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in telephone customer service and sales
- Detailed-oriented, strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Punctual, strong interpersonal skills and must be a team player
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the Internet
- Provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude
- Ability to assume sole responsibility for tracking progress of special projects and to keep project manager updated on status
- Comfortable working in a fast pace office environment with diverse types of people
- Has a strong work ethic and sense of personal responsibility
- Flexible and willing to take on additional roles in different departments
- Advanced computer & technology proficiency
- College Graduate
