Tenderloin Housing Clinic (THC) is looking for Janitors who want to be a part of an organization that positively changes lives!

If you have janitorial skills and are ready to work in a fast-paced Single Room Occupancy (SRO) hotel environment, we want to hear from you.

THC provides supportive housing to formerly homeless single adults, many of which have mental health, medical and/or substance abuse issues. We see every THC employee as part of the tenant support team. That's why we are hiring janitors that care about providing clean and quality living environments for our tenants.

DUTIES:

  • Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping of buildings
  • Removing trash frequently including, composting, and recycling
  • Cleaning and stocking communal bathrooms
  • Dusting and cleaning all common areas
  • Removing small and large debris and assisting with "turnovers" of vacated units
  • Assisting with pest control measures
  • Painting, buffing, stripping and waxing
