Part Time Position Available: Support Staff
De Marillac Academy seeks a talented and committed part-time team member
to provide a welcoming experience for all who connect with our mission. This
is an extraordinary opportunity for someone who is looking to get into
education, gain experience working with children, and play a critical role in
directing De Marillac’s progress toward breaking the cycle of poverty through
education.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Support Staff is a member of the De Marillac Staffresponsible for supervising
breaks and lunches, arrival and dismissal of studentswhile they are on campus.
The position is part time, 1-3 days per week dependent on scheduling Support
Staff will be paid hourly.
Supervise students in the classroom, common areas, and during arrival and departure
- Provide general support for on campus activities
- Various administrative support tasks

De Marillac Academy exists to honor and celebrate the unique gifts and talents of our students, so that they find
their voice, reach their potential and serve the community. Grounded in family partnerships, our all-scholarship
fourth through eighth grade Catholic education serves the heart of the Tenderloin and beyond. Through the
graduate support program, we continue to provide educational, personal and financial support to each of our
students and families. De Marillac Academy opened in 2001 as an independent, Lasallian Vincentian Catholic school
with a class of nineteen sixth graders. Today, DMAserves 110 fourth through eighth grade students, 300 alumni
through the Graduate Support program, and 277 school families.

Salary: $20/hour
