In this position, you will be responsible for laundry, refilling products, light janitorial work, and - above all else - working to maintain a 5-Star standard in presentation and service for our guests. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who have the ability to work as a team in a very fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Distribution Manager.

How to qualify for this position:
- Speak with others using a clear and professional language; able to fluently communicate in English
- Work flexible hours which include weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures including, but not limited to, reporting any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation
- Support the team to reach common goals
- Be focused, energetic, and have strong attention to detail
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional
- Previous experience in the hospitality or spa industries is preferred
