Our fast paced, busy, energetic Real Estate office is looking for a part time Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Receptionist to provide excellent customer service to our clientele and agents, we have three offices Brea, Chino and Diamond Bar.

We are looking for someone to work 2-3 days a week, hours are flexible.

Responsibilities Include: - Assisting office management team- High quality customer service to office agents, outside agents, and customers- Answer high volume phone lines- Distributing Mail- Ordering supplies- Helping agents with office related issues- In-bound calls (setting appointments, distributing the leads, follow up)- Assisting with copies, scanning, making phone calls- Be tech savvy - Helping maintain office clean, and presentable- Assisting with office events (setting up, taking pictures, cleaning up.)- Keeping track of agents and staff's birthdays- Keeping track of office events and calendar- Creating templates for fliers, meetings, events, calendars, power points, Create content for Social media -Social media savvy

Qualifications: - Professional- Ability to multitask- Creative- Proactive- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Strong attention to process and details- Strong Computer skills including outlook, excel, word, power point, canva, publisher etc.- Organized- Team player- Excellent customer service skills- Fast Learner- Positive Attitude is a must

Bilingual a Plus: Mandarin, Korean, Spanish

Work Location:

Pay: $9.00 - $18.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Front desk/ Receptionist: 1 year (Required)
