Responsibilities:

The Dental Treatment Coordinator serves as an advocate and educator for patient care. This role assists the Office Operation Manager in sales, production goals and participates in greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and other office responsibilities as required. The Treatment Coordinator interfaces with patients with a positive, friendly attitude and solutions-based problem-solving. They answer questions about treatment, plan of care, financing and payment, and any issues that arise. Communicate with treatment team and serve as liaison between patients, families, and orthodontic care team.

Successful candidates should demonstrate the following strengths: team-oriented, organized, hard-worker, reliable, persuasive and friendly; have a high tolerance for stress and an ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. Be able to negotiate and communicate effectively. Excellent time management skills and competency in computers, data entry, and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent. Sales or retail experience preferred.

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Experience Requirements:

Prior treatment coordinator experience required; prior customer service experience required; prior dental office experience preferred.

Sales experience preferred but not required.

Job Types: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
