The Holiday Inn Diamond Bar is looking for a Night Auditor to become a new addition to our team. Review below qualifications and responsibilities to see if this position will be the right fit for you! Looking for a strong candidate that can start immediately.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of hospitality experience, audit experience is highly preferred
  • Holiday Inn (IHG) experience or Opera PMS system knowledge highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently for long hours
  • Effective in solving guest concerns
  • Ability to work independently under stressful conditions such as emergency situations
  • Knowledge of financial transactions and basic accounting principles
  • Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Check in/Check out guests
  • Assist guests over the phone and in person
  • Collect payment and handle cash
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers
  • Maintain regular punctual attendance as scheduled, overnight shift starts at 11:00PM and ends at 7:30AM
  • Complete daily night audit checklist in its entirety, including food and beverage reports
  • Initiate and successfully complete end of day operations
  • Attend department meetings as needed
  • Work hand in hand with security team to ensure the safety of staff and guests at all times
  • Perform any other duties as requested by management'

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Hotel Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Front Desk: 1 year (Preferred)
