What You’ll Do:

As a host/busser at Islands, you will:

• Acknowledge guests with an enthusiastic welcome and sincere goodbye
• Manage crowd control at the door and ensure proper seating rotation
• Maintain cleanliness of both the front of the house and the bathrooms
• Complete weekly maintenance duties, sidework, and set up the restaurant prior to opening
• Participate in Islands Culture of Respect that promotes inclusion among all employees
